Under Contract to Closing

Coordinate and manage the administrative tasks of the transaction

“Opening Ceremonies”
Send contact sheet to all professional parties
Send Calendar/ intro to client with contract deadlines & next steps
Send the completed purchase contract to the title company & order Title Commitment (Listing)
Send the completed purchase contract to the lender (Buyer)
Request HOA documents if needed
Request or send disclosures and follow up for signatures
Submit file to agent's office within 48 hours of under contract

Obtain all necessary signatures and forms throughout the transaction

Communication liaison between all parties of the transaction

Order ILC or Survey if requested

Track and follow up on all deadlines

Coordinate any amend/extends on the contract (Signatures and sending to appropriate parties)

Flag and complete all missing signatures or items prior to closing

Coordinate the time and location of the closing​

Ensure the broker has all the required items needed after the closing
